I devote my practice to construction law and complex commercial litigation. I am board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in construction law.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Florida in 1980. Upon graduation, I was commissioned as Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in California and Japan before being ordered to law school. After graduation, and admission to The Florida Bar in 1988, I served the rest of my time with the Marines as a Judge Advocate.

I have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers and I have extensive experience in trial, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
