What We’re Looking For
- A.S. Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- 1–2 years of experience in a construction or engineering industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable navigating other software applications
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers through all phases of a project, helping monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Coordinate project workflows and schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are clearly tracked
- Act as a communication hub—relay client expectations to the design team, process tasks, confirm deliverable schedules, and support clear client communication
- Attend both virtual and onsite meetings, take detailed notes, and share outcomes with the Project Manager and Design Team
