With decades of architectural experience, industry leadership, and a strong background in sustainable design, Blythe brings valuable expertise, creativity, and innovation to Scherer's established in-house design department.

While Blythe is a new addition to the Scherer team, the professional relationship is one built on years of successful collaboration. Bringing his expertise directly in-house strengthens an already established relationship and creates exciting opportunities for future projects.

His extensive architectural background, leadership experience, and commitment to sustainable building practices will further enhance Scherer's ability to deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.

As a full-service commercial contractor, Scherer Construction offers construction management, preconstruction, design-build services, and in-house concrete and sitework divisions. With a dedicated team of architectural designers and draftspeople, the addition of Blythe further strengthens the company's ability to bring design and construction expertise together under one roof.

This integrated approach allows for improved communication, streamlined coordination, accurate estimating, efficient project delivery, and a seamless experience for clients from initial concept through construction completion.

"At Scherer, we believe the strongest projects begin with great relationships, collaboration, and bringing the right people together from the start. James has been a valued partner for years, and we are incredibly excited and honored to officially welcome him to the Scherer family."
